If e-mail is the only way for you to communicate with us then we will do our best to get back with you as soon as possible. However, we do not recommend e-mail as we prefer to help you via live communication and can only book a reservation "real time" at our Spa which includes holding your appointment with a major credit card-Visa, MC, or Discover. Cancellations cannot be made via E-mail. So please give us a call and we will be happy to answer your questions and take care of your scheduling needs. Spa Policies
We have adapted the following policies to be fair, safe and courteous to all of our guests as well as our employees. Please understand that children are not permitted at the spa unless they have an appointment. If guests are under 16 yrs of age they must have an adult present in the spa for any massage or body treatments. Please turn cell phones to a quiet beep or on vibration before entering the Spa. When entering the Spa please realize that we are in a relaxing 'Quiet Zone' and act accordingly-i.e. please speak in a quiet tone and open and shut doors in a quiet manner, etc. Again, in all fairness, children without appointments are not permitted to accompany adults to the Spa as our facility is not equipped to supervise or entertain young ones while an adult attempts to receive a treatment. We require an in-house gift certificate, Mastercard/Visa/Discover (sorry but we do no accept American Express) to secure your appointment time. We also require 24 hours cancellation for single appointments and 48 hours for dual appointments as well as Friday & Saturday bookings as they tend to be booked one to four weeks in advance. For all couple's services, groups and Spa packages consisting of more than one service, once booked, should your appointment not be kept, will be charged at a rate of $5 per person for our booking fee. Spa Parties require a 14 day cancellation notice and mandatory 15% gratuity is added on to the final bill. Failing to give this notice of cancellation, for re-scheduling or for any decrease in appointment time/service, will result in a full charge for your services originally scheduled. In Inclement weather, we follow School District Eleven's closure policy. If the district is closed you may reschedule your appointment without consequence, otherwise our regular cancellation policy remains in full effect. Prices and package content subject to change without notice. All sales are final, and there are no refunds on services, or gift certificate purchases regardless of circumstance.
